What is Qigong?

With a history that spans thousands of years, Qigong (chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese meditative exercise that is highly regarded as a method for improving health.  Based on traditional Chinese medical principles for treating body, mind and spirit, qigong restores the balance of one's qi or vital energy, which is essential for healing.  Crane's Way offers classes in two modern forms:  Soaring Crane Qigong, and Essence Qigong.
