There are over 3,000 forms of qigong, and some have been practiced for at least 5,000 years! Crane's Way Qigong Studio offers classes in two modern forms: Soaring Crane Qigong and Essence Qigong.

Crane’s Way is located in a beautiful studio space in Lawrence, Kansas. Classes are held at various times throughout the year, as well as weekly practices and special events.
A limited number of private lessons are also available each year by appointment.

Students who complete Soaring Crane or Essence Qigong classes are welcome to join our free group practices! Practices are held weekly at Crane’s Way Qigong Studio.

Essence Qigong Practice: Wednesdays at 7:15 p.m.
